RIGBY, Thomas (fl.1851) — Southampton
Map engraver.
Born in Lancashire in or about 1825, Rigby was working for the Ordnance Survey in Southampton in 1851, then resident in Alfred Street with his wife Susannah. His fellow engravers William White Pybus and Benjamin Redwood (see BME 2011) were living in the same street.
